“I was a bit nervous before the photo shoot. As a mom of 3 kids and a small business owner, I never take time out to do things for myself. I’m not a massage person, I don’t like facials, I never get my hair or make up done and the idea professional pictures of just ME felt very indulgent and frivolous. All that said, I feel good about myself and I have to admit I was a bit curious. So I decided to go for it!
Lena suggested I get my make up done and told me to bring some lingerie (I think the last time I bought a bra was about 2 years ago -and lingerie was before Y2K!!) Off I went to buy some new stuff. On the day of the shoot, I had my make up professionally done. All this was just the beginning of the fun of the “day of me”.
Then came the shoot: I had no idea what to expect. I’m comfortable with myself but also very much aware of every body flaw I have. I never could have imagined how much fun it would be and the beautiful ways in which Lena would be able to photograph me. Lena carefully explained different poses she wanted me to get into. Some seemed a bit strange at the time but as we went along and she showed me some of the pics, I was thrilled with how they were coming out. Lena was relaxed and patient throughout and made me feel like a model/superstar!
About a week later, Lena sent me the final pics and I was totally blown away. I LOVE them! They are pure and sensual and beautiful (if I must say so myself :). Lena was a pleasure to work with, I totally enjoyed the experience from start to finish, and I have fabulous pictures! Thanks Lena!!”

“I think signing up for a boudoir photo shoot is something every women should do at least once in her life but if you’re anything like me this idea will throw you way out of your comfort zone! Enter Lena…. Lena has easy, laid back, playful way about her that quickly helped me get comfortable in front of the camera so I could have fun and really enjoy the entire experience. Not only was she professional, bringing her own ideas and poses to the shoot, but she was 100% open to having me express my ideas as well. Overall I had a great time and would highly recommend Lena to any one looking for the boudoir experience!”

“Lena asked me about doing a boudoir photo shoot with her. I said yes right away, but then panic set in. I’m a local business owner, should I really do this? I am so busy how will I find time to get the “right” clothes? Will I ever even look at the photos? I was about ready to tell Lena, I don’t think I can do it, when something inside of me thought, I’ll ask my husband what he thinks. He immediately squashed my negative thoughts, and told me I definitely should do it. Okay, I told myself, I’ll do it.
But then, the day before the shoot came and I had nothing to wear! Moving around my schedule I headed to the mall, where I quickly became 100% overwhelmed at the lingerie choices. Nothing was what I really wanted – it all seemed overpriced and not me. What was I going to do?
I bought a TON of items, brought them home to contemplate over, and then brought most of them with me the next day, along with a couple of pieces I already had – I figured Lena would know best, and she did. Lena looked at everything, including the jewelry I brought with me and immediately started putting it all together. Up until that point I had been less than confident of my selection, but Lena blew that uneasiness out of me immediately, and made me feel comfortable with the selection I had. She showed me how to pose (which I was NOT a natural at) and constantly told me how great I looked as she took pictures – I’m telling you, she made me feel like I was the most beautiful woman alive.
Lena was able to give me the confidence I didn’t think I had to do this type of shoot, and now I’m dying to see the final photos!!!
This experience will make you more confident, and feel more beautiful. Do it for yourself, you’ll be amazed at your transformation from when you walk in the door, to when you walk out.

“When Lena first told me about her new endeavor Allure by Lena I knew I wanted to sign up for a photo session. As soon as I signed the contract however, I became a little nervous. I see myself as shy and dislike having any attention on myself. I have also had two children and my body does not look the same as it did 6 years ago. I have seen enough of Lena’s work to know the photos would be beautiful, but
I wanted to walk in with the confidence I needed both for myself and to help make Lena’s job just a little bit easier. On the day of the photo shoot I had my make-up done at Lena’s studio. This gave me a little extra time to relax and get comfortable before the session began. Lena had an excellent make-up artist who made me look both natural and beautiful. Lena had music playing and we were able to discuss what I could expect from the session in a little more detail. By the time we were ready to start taking photos, Lena’s kind words and positive attitude had given me the confidence I was lacking earlier. The photo shoot became a fun and exciting experience for me. Lena kept me motivated throughout and I could tell the photos she was taking would be romantic and elegant. I walked out feeling very positive about the whole experience. ”
